Bram Leigh offers an extensive range of meal selections.
Select two choices for entree, main and dessert.
Guests will be served on an alternating basis, Bridal Party and parents
receiving their choice of the 2 selections.
Pre Dinner Savouries ( chef's selection) are served in the foyer and surrounding garden areas for 30 minutes, at the commencement of the reception.

Turkey breast with honey glazed ham, roasted root vegetables, mushroom sweet corn stuffing and cranberry sauce.
Seared Salmon Fillet with parsnip and pear puree, asparagus spears and a cumquat sauce. G
